Squirtle is tough too be sure. His speed and power are impressive, but in the end he can’t defeat Totodile. Totodile has Feraligatr form and it cannot be stopped. Squirtle has Blastoise, but he’s just not as quick or dangerous. Squirtle loses his debut fight, but he’ll be back to pwn! Totodile wins.
Update. Squirtle now has the power to Mega Evolve, which means that his power is now able to surpass that of Totodile’s. Totodile may have had the better evolution, but it is simply not enough anymore. Squirtle wins.

That guy was classic. Definitely one of the better Pokemon!
Actually it all depends on their trainer and their stats. I’ve seen Blastoises wreck Feraligatrs before due to exceptional stats and EV training.
True enough and Squirtle did end up winning the round because of the cool Mega Blastoise form. It’s hard to beat the power of a good Mega.
